Ordering / Purchasing Procedures

Step 1:

Step 2:
De Bijou will send you a confirmation email for items chosen and total amount due.

Step 3:
Make payment via bank transfer and notify De Bijou by sending an email after payment has been made.

Bank details will be informed once confirmation email has been sent.

Please bank in the actual total amount. If you had paid extra from total amount, De Bijou will return the balance amount to you together with your purchased item.

As the orders are processed manually, please allow De Bijou to have 24-48 hours to revert with a confirmation email.

Items purchased will be send out via post every week, on Monday.

Terms & Conditions

1) All jewelry is strictly inspected for quality before being dispatched to the buyers. Jewelry is absolutely new and in excellent condition. De Bijou will not be held responsible for any quality issues that arise after delivery.

2) No refunds / negotiations / exchanges / cancellations / change of order after transaction is made

3) All items are subjected to stock availability. If items ordered are not available, De Bijou will reply via email to notify buyers.

4) De Bijou attempts to display all jewelry as accurately as possible.

5) If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of stock, full amount paid will be refunded

6) De Bijou will not be held responsible for any lost, damage or non-delivery of items during the Pos Laju delivery process.

7) Full payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation through email; otherwise the order will be cancelled with an email notification from De Bijou. Items ordered will not be delivered or shipped until full payment is received.

8) All items pricing are to add on with postage fees.
